If you’re missing DOTZ® needed to complete your project, we can send replacement diamonds, even if the kit was purchased from a retailer. Please fill out the form on our Missing DOTZ page to request your missing DOTZ. You can also request a refund or exchange from the retail location where you purchased your kit.
