Why Diamond Dotz?

You deserve a great kit.

Diamonds that Sparkle

Not all diamonds are created equal. Most brands source generic drills from the same handful of suppliers, with little to no quality control. You get what you get, and often that means broken pieces, irregular shapes, and a dull finish that doesn't do your finished canvas justice.

Our diamonds are different. Both our round and square Dotz are exclusively engineered and patented by Diamond Dotz. You won't find them anywhere else. The difference? Our flat-top facet design reflects light more efficiently than the pyramid-shaped drills used by competitors, creating the kind of sparkle that makes a finished piece come alive.

Our resin diamonds are 10–15% heavier than typical drills.

With highly pigmented Dotz across 500+ shades — including AB, Metallic, Glossy Pearl, Neon, and Glow in the Dark — you'll have the full palette to bring any design to life with intensity and depth.

A Canvas You Can Work With

The canvas is your foundation, and a bad one undermines everything. Many brands use vinyl composite substrates that feel stiff and have blurry, smeared symbols.

Our canvases are woven from 100% first-grade (not recycled) polyester, produced exclusively to our specifications using the latest nano-weave technology. The result is a silky, smooth surface that's a genuine pleasure to work on, and that holds your diamonds with lasting adhesion.

The printed symbols are crystal clear and easy to read, even in complex partial-drill sections. And because the canvas frames beautifully, your finished work looks like it belongs on a wall.

Adhesive that Goes the Distance

There's nothing more disheartening than finishing a large, intricate piece, only to notice diamonds starting to lift months later. Adhesive quality is one of the most overlooked factors in diamond painting, and it's one of the areas where cheaper kits cut the most corners.

Our adhesives were developed exclusively for Diamond Dotz®. Every formula is rigorously tested for long-term durability across our specific diamond and canvas combinations.

The result is adhesion that holds — project after project, year after year.

Simulations Made with Care

Auto-pixelation is why so many finished diamond paintings look muddy or unrecognizable up close. It’s also why there are so many uneven lines, random colors, and poor gradation. Most brands run artwork through a computer program and call it done.

We do it differently. Every Diamond Dotz design is built pixel by pixel by a dedicated team of designers. Faces look like faces. Skies have depth. Details resolve beautifully at arm's length and close up.

What you see on our packaging is exactly what you'll create, no artistic license, no flattering mock-ups. We dot every design ourselves before it goes to market and proudly display it on our website, so you always know what you're getting.

We also incorporate specialty accent Dotz — AB, Metallic, and others — at deliberate, carefully considered moments in each design to elevate the finished result in ways that auto-generated kits simply can't replicate.

Safety You Can Count On

Diamond painting involves a lot of small components, adhesives, and dyes, and compliance testing in this category is far more complex than most people realize. Heavy metals like lead and cadmium, formaldehyde, and phthalates pose real risks in components sourced without oversight.

Because we manufacture our diamonds, adhesives, and substrates exclusively for Diamond Dotz®, we control every input. We test every single component — all 500+ diamond shades, every tool, every substrate — annually through Bureau Veritas, the world's premier testing laboratory.

We meet compliance standards in the USA, Canada, Australia, and the EU. It's a significant commitment, but one we make without hesitation. When you're sharing this hobby with the people you love, you shouldn't have to wonder.
